Beidi Luo is an Operational Risk Analyst focused on IT and Informational Security at the Federal Housing Finance Agency (FHFA). Beidi focuses on providing subject matter analyses on current and emerging risks and regulatory standards related to information technology and information security. Prior to joining the FHFA, Beidi worked as a Senior Technology Risk Consultant at Ernst & Young (EY). Beidi is CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional) and CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor) certified.

Lindsey Thaker is a Senior in the Business Consulting practice of Ernst & Young LLP. During her time with the firm, Lindsey has acquired experience in Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) testing, Financial Audit IT Integration, and SOC1 Reporting.
Clay Brothers (Panelist)

Clay Brothers is a Principal Consultant, Cyber Risk & Resilience Management at The Crypsis Group, a Palo Alto Networks Company. Clay focuses most of his time supporting Cybersecurity Framework Assessments (ex. NIST CSF, CIS, ISO 27001), Incident Response Tabletop Exercises, Security Operations Center ("SOC") Development and Maturation, Merger and Acquisition Due Diligence Assessments and acting as a Virtual Chief Information Security Officer (vCISO). Prior to joining Crypsis in 2020, Clay worked for six years as a Technology Risk Consultant at Ernst & Young ("EY"). Clay is CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional) and CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor) certified.
Adnan Sijercic (Panelist)
Adi Global Networks
Adnan Sijercic has over 15 years of experience in IT and Cyber Security. Working for international, commercial, and federal space. Bachelors from CU in Boulder and Masters from GMU. Some of the success stories include building up a cybersecurity program for an international bank, being a technical insider threat lead for Capital One, and always finding time to enjoy life. Adnan is on the ISACA GWDC board as Director of Outreach & Professional Development.
