ISACA GWDC is proud to accept the 2021 ISACA Innovative Chapter Program Award. Besides being hit by a pandemic, GWDC created innovative ideas and use of technology to increase our events and outreach to the ISACA GWDC members. At the beginning of the pandemic, ISACA GWDC came up with the “Cybersecurity Workshop Series” led by Babur Kohy, Director GWDC Academia. And in a short time “Half-day conferences” led by Jose Torres, Director GWDC Programs, Webinars via our BrightTalk channel led by Sushila Nair, Director GWDC Marketing, and Special seminars led by Noel Nazario, Director GWDC Special Events. All these efforts were well recognized by ISACA GWDC members as well as ISACA Global. Our Cybersecurity Workshop Series was indeed a hit. See comment below.
