President’s Message
Chapter President Jermaine Stanley provides an update on chapter activities and what’s to come in the next few months.
Chapter Officer Nominations
The GWDC Officer Nominating Committee is seeking nominations for Chapter Officers for the two-year term beginning July 1, 2024 and ending June 30, 2026. The positions open for nomination are: President, Vice President, Secretary, and Treasurer. Nominations must be received by March 22, 2024.
GWDC Recognized by ISACA® with Prestigious Awards
The GWDC has been recognized as one of ISACA’s Outstanding Chapter Achievement Award Winners for 2024. In addition, GWDC Vice President Sushila Nair was awarded ISACA’s Technology for Humanity Award.
ISACA GWDC on the Cybersecurity Today TV Show
The Cybersecurity Today TV show recently highlighted the GWDC and the services provided to our members. Jim Wiggins, the founder of Cybersecurity Today and longtime GWDC member, instructor, and presenter, provides a PSA for the GWDC and hosts Vice President, Sushila Nair in an episode of Cybersecurity Today to discuss the chapter.
