Chapter News
CPE Certificates for Cloud Security Conference 2023 are available
CPE Certificates for participants who attended the Cloud Security 2023 Conference are now available. An email will be sent with the link to the certificate on Monday, October 2. CPEs credits will be uploaded to ISACA Global by December 15, 2023, following our quarterly schedule for CPE uploads. Participants can also access their certificates online.
CPEs Uploaded to ISACA Global for 3rd Quarter Events
CPE credits for GWDC events that occurred in the 3rd quarter of this year have been uploaded to ISACA Global for GWDC Members. This covered the two Summer Seminars hosted by Guidehouse. Members can view these uploads through the “CPE Management” section of their MyISACA page on ISACA Global’s website. The next upload to ISACA Global is scheduled to be completed by December 15, 2023.

CET Cloud Fundamentals Review Course: An ISACA CommunITy Day Event
The GWDC will be hosting a virtual CET cloud fundamentals course on October 7, 2023 for ISACA’s CommunITy Day. Earn CPEs whilst giving someone in our community a better life. All proceeds from the CET training will go to scholarships managed by One In Tech, an ISACA Foundation.

Artificial Intelligence and Generative AI 101 Seminar

Seminar – Introduction to Auditing with PowerShell®
This two-day hands-on virtual class is designed for students who want to learn how to use PowerShell® in performing audits or data analysis projects. On Day 1, students will learn the basics of PowerShell, including commands to import, view, summarize, and export data. Students will also be taught how PowerShell can be used to obtain data from Windows Event Logs, Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, and other data sources. On Day 2, will learn how to handle data imported into PowerShell as well as an overview of scripting commands and concepts. Throughout the course, students will have the opportunity to use commands presented during the course through hands-on exercises.
