Dear Fellow Members,
Happy New Year! I hope you all had a wonderful holiday season and are ready for an exciting year ahead. It was great to see so many people come out to our Annual Membership Networking Social in December.
The beginning of the new year is the perfect opportunity to set goals and plans for what we want to accomplish in our professional and personal lives. How can you get the most out of your chapter membership to steer your career in the direction you want it to go?
You may be aware that ISACA Greater Washington, D.C. Chapter turns 45 on June 12, 2019! It is a momentous occasion for our chapter and our rich history. We plan to commemorate this milestone throughout the year with a variety of member benefits in 2019.
Our first give back is discounting the registration cost of each of our three review courses: CISM, CISA, CRISC to $450 per course for GWDC Members. This is nearly a 40% reduction in price and a great value for anyone planning to take an upcoming certification exam.
In addition to the milestone for our chapter, this year marks ISACA’s 50th Anniversary. You can learn more about ISACA’s 50th anniversary and history at ISACA50.org.
I wish all of you the best in the new year and look forward to seeing you at future events.
Respectfully,
Jason Yakencheck
