Manager of Infrastructure

Job Title: Infrastructure Manager

Location: Remote. 2-3 trips onsite a year required (expenses paid) if not local.

Duration: Contract-to-hire after 6 mos

Oxford’s healthcare client is looking to hire an Infrastructure Manager on a contract-to-hire basis. They would like to convert this person to an employee after 6 months. The technical environment includes Dell/EMC SAN, VMWare, 2 local data centers. They are looking at strategic plans that may include co-location and/or moving some of the environment to the cloud.

Position Summary

Responsible for managing the infrastructure support section of ITS staffed by 12 engineers (servers, Disaster Recovery / Business Continuity, networking, telecommunication systems and Epic).

Must Have:

• BS or BA degree or 10 years applicable experience.
• Minimum of 5 years recent supervision of engineers
• Recent experience working in healthcare/hospital/medical center industry
• Desire to convert to a full-time employee after 6 months
• Located in CST or EST time zones
