As the Vice President and Deputy Chief Information Security Officer for Cyxtera Technologies, I drive the development, execution, and overall management of proactive and predictive risk programs and security strategies dedicated to protecting the company’s 1500 employees, 60 data centers, corporate and 2400 clients information, and reputation. Formerly led the U.S. Secret Service’s field operations in Maryland with over twenty-one years of progressive responsibility and experience in law enforcement/intelligence operations/special event security/executive protection (100 directly and 1500+ supporting personnel, among 4 locations with an $18 million budget). Oversaw the most active and integrated cyber investigative field programs. Extensive experience in private sector and government agency partnerships, including direct leadership of interagency planning for cyber incident response to sophisticated cyber-attacks against financial institutions and critical infrastructure.
