SUMMARY:Cyber Impact and Strategy Analysis Seminar
DESCRIPTION:Senior management often has two questions regarding cyberattacks: How would cyberattacks affect our organization and what should we do about them? Business Impact Analyses\, as they have been performed for decades\, are inadequate. The determination of RTO and RPO may be meaningless in the face of stolen information and ransomware attacks that reflect what business leaders would like to be done rather than what IT can do. Moreover\, new government rules require analysis and disclosure that necessitate an understanding by executive management of what the impact of a cyberattack would be if an attack were to occur. This one-day seminar/workshop\, combining instruction with a hands-on case study\, presents practical methods for understanding the potential impact of cyberattacks\, as the basis for remediation\, reporting and recovery. \nIntended audience: Management and staff in Information Security\, Business Continuity Management\, IT Auditing\, Risk Management\, Finance\, Office of General Counsel. \nRegistration closes on Oct 1 @ 5pm. SUMMARY:Agentic AI for Cybersecurity Professionals Workshop
DESCRIPTION:This two-session\, immersive workshop provides cybersecurity professionals with a comprehensive understanding of agentic artificial intelligence and its impact on modern cybersecurity operations. The workshop introduces participants to the evolution from traditional automation and generative AI toward agentic systems capable of reasoning\, planning\, memory\, and autonomous action across complex security workflows. \nParticipants will explore how agentic AI systems operate\, including their core components\, architectures\, and execution models\, and how these capabilities are applied across cybersecurity functions such as threat detection\, investigation\, incident response\, vulnerability management\, and governance. The program emphasizes practical understanding of how agentic systems interact with data\, tools\, and decision-making processes in real-world security environments. \nThe workshop also addresses the risks and challenges introduced by agentic AI\, including expanded attack surfaces\, autonomous decision-making risks\, data integrity concerns\, and governance gaps. Participants will examine how these risks can be managed through appropriate controls\, architectural design\, and alignment with established cybersecurity and risk management frameworks. \nThe workshop combines instructor-led presentations\, conceptual walkthroughs\, structured discussions\, and applied analysis to bridge foundational concepts with operational application. Participants will develop the ability to evaluate\, design\, and support the integration of agentic AI into cybersecurity programs while maintaining appropriate oversight\, security controls\, and governance. \nBy the end of the workshop\, participants will be equipped with practical knowledge and analytical frameworks to assess agentic AI capabilities\, understand their role in cybersecurity operations\, and support the responsible and effective adoption of autonomous systems within enterprise and federal environments. \nIntended audience: This workshop is intended for cybersecurity\, IT\, risk management\, audit\, and governance professionals who want to understand how agentic AI is being applied in modern security environments. It is particularly relevant for SOC analysts\, incident responders\, security engineers\, architects\, GRC professionals\, auditors\, program managers\, and technology leaders. The course is also well suited for federal employees and government contractors involved in evaluating\, implementing\, or overseeing AI-enabled cybersecurity capabilities. No prior experience with agentic AI is required. \nRegistration closes on Oct 12 @ 5pm. Click the link below for the event agenda\, presenters\, and registration. \nEvent Information \n  \n\n  \n\nRegistration Questions \nIf you have any registration questions\, please contact us by completing the Registration Contact Form linked below. \nRegistration Questions \n  \n\n\nCPE Questions \nIf you have CPE questions after the event has concluded\, please contact us by completing the CPE contact form linked below. \nCPE Questions \n

SUMMARY:Data Governance for Cybersecurity Professionals Workshop
DESCRIPTION:Join us for an engaging two day workshop designed for cybersecurity professionals\, security managers\, governance practitioners\, auditors\, risk managers\, and technical leaders seeking to better understand how effective data governance strengthens cybersecurity and organizational resilience. This practical\, instructor-led program introduces the principles of data governance and demonstrates how organizations can manage data as a strategic enterprise asset while supporting confidentiality\, integrity\, availability\, privacy\, regulatory compliance\, and informed decision-making. Participants will explore the core components of a modern data governance program\, including governance structures\, data ownership\, stewardship\, metadata management\, data quality\, data lifecycle management\, data classification\, and security governance. The course also examines how data governance supports Federal cybersecurity initiatives through alignment with frameworks such as the NIST Cybersecurity Framework (CSF) 2.0\, NIST Privacy Framework\, NIST AI Risk Management Framework (AI RMF)\, and other guidance. \nThrough case studies\, group discussions\, and end of module quizzes\, attendees will learn how to identify governance challenges\, establish accountability\, improve data quality\, reduce organizational risk\, and integrate data governance into enterprise cybersecurity programs. \nBy the end of the course\, participants will understand how effective data governance enables stronger cybersecurity\, supports regulatory compliance\, improves organizational decision-making\, and enhances the protection of critical information assets. \nVirtual Event: The event will be held using Teams. The instructor will provide logistics details and the Teams link prior to the event \nIntended audience: This workshop is intended for cybersecurity\, IT\, risk management\, audit\, and governance professionals who want to understand how agentic AI is being applied in modern security environments.
