ISACA GWDC is proud to host a continuing series of free Virtual Cyber Workshops (VCW) on Mobile Security. Tim Connell from Pulsar Security will present on data leaks and fake access points. The VCW Mobile Security webinar is a free event on Zoom.
Topic Description:
With the help of Wireshark and TShark, this presentation will analyze WLAN traffic as devices communicate over the 2.4 and 5GHz frequency channels to identify some of the more common Wi-Fi attack vectors.

Speaker Bio (s): Tim is the Head Product Management for Pulsar Security where he works to guide the team in creating solutions which satisfy the needs of real-world customers. In an effort to keep our members, the Greater Washington DC region, and the world informed and connected we are holding a series of FREE Cyber workshops. We want to give you an outlet as we all adjust to the new norms we are faced with as a result of the escalating health concerns related to the spread of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19). As such, we hope you can join us.
We have a great lineup of presenters who will cover a variety of interesting topics for which one (1) CPE can be earned for each webinar attended. You will need to self-certify, however, as GWDC will not be sending you a CPE certificate.
