In the Security in PeopleSoft Applications: Setup, Administration and Auditing seminar you will learn the various user and system security setups in PeopleSoft applications as well as auditing techniques to review the security and compliance of the system. Additionally, we will also review security settings that specific to HRMS and Financials applications. Advanced features like LDAP authentication, Single Sign-on and database level auditing will also be discussed. Insights on common security setup mis-steps will be discussed to help design better audit controls for user access and system security of this critica enterprise application.

MEET THE INSTRUCTOR
Shasi Malipeddi, CISA
Mr. Malipeddi is a Senior Security Consultant with over 13 years of experience in design,
implementation, supporting security in various PeopleSoft applications like HRMS, Financials, Supply
Chain, CRM, ELM etc. Mr. Malipeddi's has helped clients in diverse verticals including Government,
Health Care, Construction, Transportation organizations. In addition to Security Administration in
PeopleSoft, Mr. Malipeddi's experience includes system administration for PeopleSoft, Oracle E-Business
applications and Oracle Identity Management suite. As a CISA, Mr. Malipeddi also has good
understanding of audit and compliance requirements as they apply to the PeopleSoft applications. Mr.
Malipeddi has contributed to the ISACA published Security, Audit and Control Features Oracle
PeopleSoft, 3rd Edition as Subject Matter Expert in the field of PeopleSoft security and audit controls.
Mr. Malipeddi has a Master of Science degree from Cleveland State University, Ohio and Bachelor of
Engineering from Andhra University, India. Mr. Malipeddi also has completed several training courses in
PeopleSoft and Identity Management provided by Oracle University.

CPE Distribution and Evaluation Survey
CPEs will be distributed along with the event evaluation survey within seven (7) business days after the completion of the event. Attendees must be present the full two days to receive full CPE credit.

Jason joined ISACA in 2006 and presently serves as GWDC President. He’s served on the Chapter Board of Directors since 2014. Jason is very involved with ISACA International and some of his volunteering consists of serving on the Chapter Services Working Group, Leadership Development Advisory Council, and contributing significantly to CISA and CISM exam preparation content. Jason is a Senior Manager within IBM’s Cybersecurity and Biometrics Practice. He holds the CISSP-ISSAP, CISA, CISM, and PMP.
